Continuing professional development (CPD) requirements for real estate, strata and stock & station licensees for the new CPD year – 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.

In NSW this is referred to as the Assistant Agents Course - Certificate of Registration (NSW)

In Victoria this will be referred to as Agent Representative (VIC)

The Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification is based on the nationally endorsed CPP08 Property Services Training Package Units of Competence for the Real Estate industry sector.
